The Temperature forecast shows most all of the USA experiencing above average temperatures this November, December, and January. ย The Pacific Northwest and Southeast are forecasted to have near average temperatures during this forecast period. ย Southern Alaska is forecasted to have below average temperatures during this period.
The Precipitation forecast has a couple of bright spots. ย Montana is showing Above Average Precipitation along with much of Idaho and just enough of Wyoming. ย There are some great ski resorts within this zone and they are listed below.
Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Illinois, and Texas are also forecasted to receive above average precipitation in November, December, and January of winter 2013/14. ย
The Southeast of the USA is forecasted to receive below average precipitation during November, December, and January of winter 2013/14.
