Conditions Report
Silverton Mountain in Colorado got 18″ of fresh snow on Friday, Jan. 10th, 2014. Snow stays in Silverton for 3 reasons:
1. Not many people ski there.
2. You have to hike for your turns.
3. It’s damn cold at Silverton.
Thus, this snow will certainly last through the week. If you’re in the Silverton area, it’s time to get up to the hill and go skiing.
