Itย snowed all overย North America yesterday withย Sunshine Village Alberta Canada, Kicking Horse B.C., and Glacier National Park MTย getting snow.
There is a summer only ski resort up on Beartooth Pass (Beartooth Basin)ย that hasnโt been able to get open due to a lack of snow the past 2 summers.
PHOTOS of SNOW in NORTH AMERICA TODAYย & YESTERDAY:
I was snowbound at the base of the Bear tooth once on July 28. Pulled into a campground & it was snowing so hard I couldn’t get a fire started on dry wood using a 1/4 cup of Coleman fuel as a starter—snow put out the match & covered the fuel right up …. so stayed in the rig & just drank all night until the storm passed.
The Beartooth is one of the prettiest places in America!
Excellent story! thanks for sharing, Paul.
Good story, and in July!
