This illuminated snowshoe path winds through a wintery woodland escape, perfect for families and friends looking to embrace the magic of the season together. Wander along our carefully crafted trail, where thousands of sparkling lights transform the forest into a breathtaking winter wonderland. Join us at the trailhead in Happy Valley’s Adventure Park at 5 p.m. and let the enchantment of the glowing forest captivate you!
2. Explore Happy Valley – Unmatched Family Fun!
Feel the rush at the Tube Park with five thrilling lanes and a new tube lift—perfect for all ages. Skate at Canada’s highest outdoor rink, surrounded by snow-dusted trees and panoramic mountain views, or join a pickup hockey game for added excitement. Explore Big White’s stunning backcountry on a snowmobiling tour tailored to all skill levels. 4. Santa’s Workshop – A Festive Favourite (December 18 – 24)
Santa’s Workshop in the Village Centre is packed with holiday magic! From December 18-24, enjoy free photos with Santa (11 a.m.-1 p.m. & 2-3:30 p.m.) and creative crafting with Santa’s elves. Wrap up each day with Storytime with Santa at 3:30 p.m. (early close at 1 p.m. on December 24). Santa’s Workshop is the perfect holiday activity for creating heartwarming memories!
5. Christmas Eve Festival & Fireworks – A Night of Wonder (December 24)
On Christmas Eve, join us in the Village Centre at 4:30 p.m. for an evening of festive lights, live music, and holiday booths! The night culminates with our spectacular fireworks at 7 p.m. Best viewing spots are between The Woods and Stonebridge. Bundle up and bring your loved ones for a memorable night under the lights.
6. Ski with Santa – Christmas Day on the Slopes (December 25)
After his global journey, Santa takes to the Big White slopes! Find him at 10:30 a.m. and join him for a festive ski. Dress up in your holiday attire, snap photos, and enjoy the slopes with Santa himself—maybe you’ll even score a candy cane!
7. Loose Moose Challenge – Adventure Awaits (December 28-29)

8. New Year’s Eve Celebration – Celebrate in Style (December 31)

9. Level Up Your Skills – Christmas Ski/Snowboard Camps
Elevate your skills this holiday season with our Christmas Ski/Snowboard Camps, a two-day adventure designed to transform your all-mountain skiing or riding. Guided by top CSIA/CASI pros, you’ll enjoy tailored instruction to boost your technique, confidence, and control while exploring Big White’s diverse terrain. Open to levels 3 to 7, the program includes two consecutive days of four-hour group lessons, making it the perfect opportunity to refine your skills and unleash the ultimate winter adventure!
10. Spa Retreat – Relax and Rejuvenate
After a day of festive outdoor adventures, retreat to The Spa at Stonebridge, where the holiday spirit meets ultimate relaxation.
