2017-18 Winter Precipitation Percentiles | Where It Was Good & Where It Was Not

This winter had a consistent theme, it was key to go north. Colder temperatures and persistent precipitation impact those areas, which really benefited their snowpack. Western areas that weren’t north suffered from warmer temperatures and a lack of precipitation.
