And that’s a wrap! The 2022 Freeride World Tour is completed and winners have been announced at Xtreme Verbier in Switzerland. The 15th edition of the FWT announced the following winners:
- Snowboard Women – Austria’s Manuela Mandl
- Snowboard Men – France’s Victor De Le Rue
- Ski Men – Switzerland’s Maxime Chabloz
- Ski Women – 22-year-old FWT rookie Sybille Blanjean from Switzerland
All four champions are first-time winners.
“It feels well earned – we had tough, tough conditions. It has been one of the big aims of my entire career to win at least once in Verbier – and now I did it! So yes, I’m overwhelmingly happy,” Manuela Mandl said.
