9″ of new snow was reported at Alta Ski Area this morning but it felt much deeper.
It snowed all day and the lines stayed fresh everywhere!
High T was ripping righteously for most of the day, as well as Wildcat Bowl.
Extrovert under the Sugarloaf lift line was firing today with fun cliffs to pop off of.
Expected openings tomorrow are the Baldy Shoulder and Backside so you know it’s going to be a banger!
We took two last runs and skipped the last down West Rustler where even more snow had accumulated by this time leaving us with face shots all the way down.
We skied directly to our car in the parking lot and another powder day at Alta this season was in the books.
To cap off the day, we headed to Peruvian Lodge aka “P dawg” to enjoy some brews and live music.
Only 2 weekends in this season at Alta and we’ve already skied through 2 storms, with another one expected to come in towards the end of next week.
Alta has already received 130″ of snowfall this season.
