Bear Valley Mountain Resort, CA, broke its 40-year snowfall record from 82/83 today, March 24, 2023. The 40-year-old record sat at 639 inches, but was smashed this week and is now recording a historical all-time high of 648 inches, after anotherย 2 inches of new snow fell overnight.
If you are wondering if you can go and enjoy this record snowfall, the answer is: YES! Unlike some Utah resorts which will not be able to open with the record snowfalls, Bear Valley is scheduled to open tomorrow. The resort shared the plan for Saturday, March 25, 2023 on their website:
