US downhill racer Breezy Johnsonย announcedย yesterday that she is bisexual. The seven-time World Cup podium finisher, who missed this year’s winter Olympics through injury, made the announcement in an Instagram post.
“So I’m bisexual. Before this season starts I wanted to be open about who I am. To those 🏳️🌈 people out there who feel a little different and want to see people like them at the top I am here to represent that we are out there, we are normal, and we can do whatever we want. To the trolls who want to hate, hate doesn’t beat love. To those who have no idea what I’m saying, head over to Google if ya want to know. To those who just want to hear about racing, headed to Copper for the final training block! LFG With love to all who support me, I appreciate it.”

Her Instagram post is full of supportive comments from some of the biggest names in the industry, such as Lindsey Vonn, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Atomic Skis, US Ski Team, Lynsey Dyer, and Jessie Diggins.
In 2015 thenย 24-year-old Olympic medalist Gus Kenworthy become the first openly gay action sports athlete when he came out in an ESPN interview.
According to Wikipedia, Breezy Noble Johnson (born January 19, 1996) is an American World Cup alpine ski racer on the US Skiย Team. Sheย competes in the speed events of downhill and super-G.
Born in Jackson, Wyoming, Johnson grew up in nearby Victor, Idaho, and made her World Cup debut in December 2015. Inย her first World Cup season in 2017, she finished eighteenth in the downhill standings. Atย the World Cup finals in March at Aspen, Johnson crashed in the downhill and suffered a tibial plateau fracture to her left leg. Johnson quickly recovered from this injury, and in the 2018 season, she finished eleventh in the downhill standings and competed in the Winter Olympics, finishing seventh in the downhill and fourteenth in the super-G.
While training in Chile in September 2018, Johnson partially tore her right anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and missed the 2019 season. After returning to snow, she tore her left posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) and medial collateral ligament (MCL) in her left knee in training in June 2019.
She returned to the World Cup circuit in January 2020 with a 25th in the downhill at Altenmarkt and consecutive top tens at Bansko. Her first World Cup podium came in December 2020 at a downhill in Val d’Isรจre, France.
She qualified to represent the United States at the 2022 Winter Olympics. Unfortunately, she missed the games due to a knee injury sustained in a crash during training in Cortina dโAmpezzo, Italy.

And this is news? Who cares? It’s 2022 not 1972.
It’s News because sNOwbrains is still holding that thread of life. Notice that there is No credit to an author? sNOwbrains wrote this, that is code for Miles. Miles knows that edgy headlines will get the clicks. The more clicks, the longer Miles gets to ski for free and we the reader get to suffer with BS posting like this. The best thing to do is to not visit this site. When nobody visits, the site dies.
why the f*** is this news?
