A snowstorm landed in California last Monday that promised to dump up to 100″ and more on ski resorts in the Sierra Nevada.ย After a slow, dry start to the season, this could be the one that saves the season.
So, the storm has been and gone, who was the winner?
Here are some of the resort storm totals:
Alpine Meadows: 78″
Dodge Ridge: 73″
Heavenly: 28″
Homewood: 70″
June Mountain: 87″
Kirkwood: 44″
Mammoth Mountain: 107″
Northstar: 67″
Sierra-at-Tahoe: 49″
Squaw Valley: 77″
Sugar Bowl: 71″
Reminds me of Covid. Lots of media hype.
