Catedral ski resort in Bariloche, Argentina is getting nuked on right now.ย They’ve gotten 120cms (47″) in the past 24 hours on the upper mountain and it’s still snowing hard. ย It snowed so much that the power is out and the ski resort is closed due to the loss of power and extreme risk of avalanches.
Bariloche the town is lower than Catedral and only gets snow a few times per winter. ย Today, there are places where the snow is 20-inches deep in town.
