Dumping Down Under! Perisher Resort, Australia, Receives Over 2-Feet in Last Few Days

Thanks to early season snow, Perisher Resort in Australia opened last week a week earlier than planned. And since then, it just won’t stop snowing.

In the last week, the resort has reported 70cm (28″), most of which came in a 60cm (24″) dump.

Conditions are so good, the resort is opening new terrain this weekend.

Winter is most certainly ON in the southern hemisphere.

Perisher is Australia’s most popular snow holiday destination.
