Ski areas on the east coast were treated to the first snowfall of the season this weekend, as a storm dropped decent totals on higher elevations.
Western resorts don’t always have it their own way when it comes to the #RaceToOpen. Early snow allowed Killington, VT to be the first North American resort open in 2015, and Sunday River, ME, were the first in 2010. The way things are going in Colorado this Fall, could we see an east coast resort reclaim the crown this year?
