An amazing photo of a pair of unsuspecting fishermen being closely watched by a large grizzly bear has gone viral.
Wildlife photographer Robert Hawthorne took the shot at Katmai National Park in Alaska in late July.
Hawthorne, 21, knew through his own experiences that the bear lurking behind the men wasn’t looking to attack them, but was instead more focused on catching salmon in the creek below.
Even so, still a little too close for me…
