A strong storm is forecast to bring around 24″ of snow and big wind to Utah’s mountains today.

The Utah Avalanche Center is forecasting the avalanche danger in many areas of Utah to be HIGH today.

Please be very careful in the backcountry the next few days and stick to low angle terrain.
