Winter is finally upon us at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, WY. A Thanksgiving Day opening kicked off 137 days of skiing and riding in the Tetons, the longest season in the resort’s history.
Opening weekend saw an amazing 39″ of fresh snow, and with a season total so far of 91″ the resort announced yesterday they will be opening even more terrain this coming weekend. Are you ready?

- Casper โ Friday
- Bridger Gondola โ Saturday
- Marmot โ Saturday
As well as the 7 lifts JHMR will have running during their second week of operation, skiers and riders will also have more food and beverage options.ย Off Piste and RPK3 will both open this Saturday, offering on-mountain and base area refreshments. RPK3 will be offering food and drink specials from 3 pm โ 6 pm on Saturday, including $3.00 draft beers a selection of their new skewers, at any 3 for $6.00.
To celebrate reopening, the remodeled Resort Store downtown will be hosting a ‘meet and greet’ on Saturday with the resort avalanche dogs. And if petting cute dogs isn’t enough to get you there, exclusive discounts will be available on merchandise, and hot drinks and snacks will be available.
