Kirkwood ski resort in Lake Tahoe, CA had its final day of operation yesterday under blue skies, high heat, great skiing, and good times
The whole mountain skied great and they groomed The Wall, which we’d never seen before.
Bikinis everywhere, backflips everywhere, and plenty of beers at The Battered Beaver (7,800′ now).

Kirkwood had a great season this year and they still have a ton of snow.
Fired up we got to hit it on closing day and feel the terrific vibe that Kirkwood has to offer. The place is legit and the vibe and crowd are very very easy going and happy.
Looking forward to making it back down there next year.
