Thanks to Early Season Snowfall Lookout Pass, ID, Opens Early for Winter 2022/23 This Weekend

Lookout Pass in Idaho will open this weekend, turning chairs 1 and 4 on Saturday and Sunday from 9 am through 4 pm.

The resort has seen 44″ of fresh snow this season and has a 13″ base. Lookout Pass typically opens in mid-December.

Opening weekend rates are $35 for adults, military & college Students, and $25 for youths & seniors 62-79.

The resort warns that early season conditions exist and potential obstacles and thin areas may be encountered. You may want to wait for more snow if all you have is new gear!

Groomed trails will be Black Bear, Huckleberry, Gold, Grub Steak, Golden Eagle, and Success. Possibly some un-groomed trails will be open too.

The Loft Pub, Food Service & Snowsports School will be open.
