Loveland, CO Terrain Update | Spillway Has Opened | Cold Temperatures Are In The Forecast

Loveland Ski Area, CO announced on Thursday that Spillway has opened for the season. This is the fourth run that has opened at the resort for the 2017/18 season. On Thursday, the resort was making snow all day and they got some help from Mother Nature, as natural snow was falling.

The forecast is calling for cold temperatures at night throughout the near future. Lows are expected to be in the low 20’s and even the teens, which will allow the resort to make snow well into the morning. This should kick start some terrain openings.
