Santa will be taking a break from his hectic Christmas Eve schedule to make a stop at Monarch Mountain, CO. Monarch would like to invite everyone to be part of Santa’s Christmas Eve ski and snowboard parade.
Meet Santa at the top of the Caterpillar lift at 1:00 pm on Christmas Eve. Santa will then lead the parade down to the lodge, and all participants will receive a candy cane at the end of the parade.
“Monarch is excited about the holiday season and we’re looking forward to Santa’s visit. Everyone is welcome to come up to Monarch to take part in the kids’ parade and get their picture taken with Santa.”

No sign-up is necessary, but all participants will need a season pass or lift ticket to access the Caterpillar surface lift, have their own equipment, be able to ski and board on green runs, stop, and turn to the right and left.
Image Makers photographers will be at the top of the Caterpillar following the parade taking pictures of Santa and children.
