Most of the Western US Snowpack is Above Average Right Now

Most of the Western USA’s mountains are currently holding above average snowpacks.ย  In fact, all of reporting zones of California, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado are displaying above average snowpacks.

The few zones that are below average, like Jackson Hole, WY, are barely below average.

Southern Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico are generally reporting above average snowpacks right now.ย 

Basically, everyone in the west is getting it this year.ย 

Most all the reporting zones in the Western USA are displaying above average precipitation to date as well:
