The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Utah.ย It’s in effect Today – Friday. Persistent snowfall is forecasted to impact the area throughout that time.
Alta Ski Areaย andย Brighton Resortย have a few powder days ahead of them.

“Another storm system will bring another round of precipitation Thursday into Friday. Snow levels around 5,500-6,500 feet Thursday will fall to most valley floors by Friday afternoon. See the graphic for more information on timing, impacts, and potential accumulations.”

Snow levels will hover between 6,500ft and 5,500ft today, before falling to valley floors on Friday.
The 6-10 day outlook calls for above average precipitation and below average temperatures in Utah.
