8 Lifts Added to Sunday’s Lineup |
Thereโs a lot more to be grateful for this week, we are expanding our terrain! Thanks to our operations working around the clock, we will be addingย 8 new liftsย on our upper mountain to the lift schedule this Sunday, December 1. While we would love to open this terrain on Saturday, the temperatures are ideal for snowmaking, and we need one more night to โconnect the dotsโ and allow skiing from top to bottom.
Weather: The first week of December brings sunny skies, clear nights, and mild temperatures, with highs around 50ยฐF at the base and chilly 20s overnight. Itโs beautiful weather to enjoy the mountain! As we head into the second week, models hint at cooler air and a slight chance of light snow showers as the ridge shifts. While no major storms are on the horizon yet, weโre keeping a close eye on the trendsโcheck out Bryan Allegretto’s weather blog. Lifts:ย Palisades: New to our schedule on this Sunday, Decemberย 1:

Theย Belmont parkย will also be open for the first time this season on Sunday.ย The Funitelย is currently not operating due to a gear box repair project. We are confident that the issue will be resolved early next week.ย In the meantime, the upper mountain will be accessible via Wa She Shu and the Aerial Tram. Alpine: Lifts on the schedule:
