One ski season ends and another begins. 

Perisher Resort in Australia recorded its first noticeable snowfall of the year today.

Only about 2 cm of new snow was reported but it’s a sign of things to come as the resort preps for winter. 

Perisher is one of Australia’s top-tier resorts with 47 lifts and 3,076 acres of skiable terrain.

The resort is set to open on Saturday, June 11, and operate until Monday, October 3, 2022.
