Purgatory Ski Resort, CO made history this weekend by opening in May for the first time ever, bringing an end to what has been an a-MAY-zing season.

They celebrated this historic day by partying on the beach with DJ Noonz spinning tunes and food & beverage specials all day.
The first 100 people received a FREE t-shirt to commemorate the historic day, and many others dressed in costumes.
The resort finished the season on May 4th with 362″ of total snowfall, the third-best season in their history.
