SUNDAY REPORT (yesterday):
“Squaw was a bit slow to get going today with Red Dog and Squaw Creek opening at 930 and KT opening around 11 after an ‘electrical hold’. Once the Mothership was cranking, it was hard to go anywhere else. Alternate Chute 75 was the call of the day with wind blown snow up top and pow bumps down low. All of the upper mountain was closed due to winds, so there is some freshie fresh up top waiting for us as soon as the winds die down. Can’t wait.” – Guy LaDouche, yesterday
MONDAY REPORT (today):
“3 feet of pow? Not so much. Rain to the top and breakable crust to the bottom. Nothing open (except bunny lifts) as of 10am.” – Guy LaDouche,ย today
MONDAY UPDATE AT 1PM:
“KT opens just before 1. Top is glorious wind blown, bottom is atrocious breakable crust.” – Guy LaDouche, at 1:30pm today
