Report from December 7, 2021

We rolled out onto the hill at about 11 am today.

It had snowed about 1cm overnight and it was cold.

We met up with Sarah & Ryan after one run and they proceeded to show us around to the goods.

Skiing inbounds at Revelstoke is a riot.

The runs are long, they’re varied, and they’re leg burners.

We only skied off Stoke Chair and we were able to hit so much different terrain.

Trees, bowls, chutes, cliffs, moguls, groomers, wind-lips, uppers, downers, and all-arounders.

And all of them in one run…

The terrain here is legendary and this is such a good place to get your legs in shape for skiing as the runs are so long.

The snow was chalky with a bit of new snow on top and even a few powder patches.

Overall, the snow was good and fun.

The weather was a bit foggy and fully cloudy with a light breeze and cold temps.

We blasted laps with Ryan and Sarah until we couldn’t take it anymore.

We wanted to save a bit for the coming days as a storm is hitting tonight.

When we went to the hot tub tonight, it was snowing pretty hard.

Time for bed…
