Report from Monday 22nd February and submitted by Matthew Kidd

Monday at Snowbird, UT was a bluebird day with enough thin clouds to keep it interesting. After 100″ in the previous week, and a three-day closure, expectations were high.

It was an exceptionally clear day but very windy on Hidden Peak at the top of the tram.

After the weekend, it was mostly tracked out but the snow is still in great shape in expert areas.

Semi-crud is developing on sun-kissed aspects. Time to get your edges sharpened!

Mineral Basin was in good shape with long lines for Mineral Basin Express but short lines for Baldy Express.

Little Cloud also had short lines.
