Mammoth Mountain, nestled among the Eastern Sierra in California, regularly boasts one of the longest ski seasons in the country. With a 329” season total (so far), much of which has fallen only in the last couple of months, Mammoth Mountain is the place to be this spring.

As other resorts wind down for the winter season, Mammoth is just getting started! The “Second Season” at Mammoth is just that—a revamped season of skiing and riding full of sunshine, après, chair laps, and high-fiving fun with friends. Good vibes are at an all-time high, and the spring corn snow on the mountain is unbeatable.

Mammoth’s “Second Season” is packed with events and unbeatable spring deals, and you can enjoy all that Mammoth has to offer through at least Memorial Day. Après DJs will keep the spring vibes alive at Canyon Lodge and on the Tusks Bar sundeck at Main Lodge. Be sure to catch the annual Canyon Lodge Pond Skim, where you’ll witness costumed sliders attempt to make it across a pond on their skis or snowboards!

Memorial Day Weekend plays host to the Mammoth Yacht Club, full of on-snow and après events, including boat races. Participants build “boats” out of cardboard and race them down a course on the slopes. Mammoth Yacht Club apparel will also be available.

Mammoth is also one of the only places to hit the outdoor activity trifecta, conditions permitting: ski/ride, golf, and bike all in one day.

With at least two more months of skiing and riding ahead, there is still plenty of time to take advantage of Mammoth Mountain’s killer deals and packages. The “3-Up” is Mammoth’s only transferable ticket pack released exclusively in the spring: save on 3 lift tickets to use yourself or share with friends. In addition, Ikon’s “Buy Now, Ride Now” will keep you going all spring long: buy your 24/25 Ikon Pass now and use it for the rest of this season.

“Second Season” at Mammoth Mountain perfectly combines winter and summer. With beach chairs on the snow and all-time spring conditions, enjoy the best of both worlds under the California sun.
