  1. Wow anonymous you are so smart, just an absolute genius obviously why you are blathering on and on about all this on a ski blogsite.
    bwahahahah

  2. Only 10 million?!

Shiit, that’ll only take 150 years for a full time-year round $20/hour Squaw Valley employee to make…and that’s if they don’t pay any taxes, or eat, or buy anything at all for those 150 years.

    What a bargain!!!

    1. That’d actually be 250 years of full time-year round work to make $10 million, not 150 years. My bad!

  3. Precious piece of property. Probably will be worth $15m in 5 years. This is what happens when you don’t allow new housing to be build you stupid tree hugging hippies.

    1. Oh well you dont like it? Buy it , tear it down and build some affordable housing for the locals. ..hahahahaha

      1. You’re clearly poor and don’t understand how basic economics works.

Maybe allow Squaw to build their new park and force them to set a side a large portion of it for affordable housing.

Maybe allow some new developments to move forward in Truckee and force the developers to set aside a significant portion for affordable housing.

No wonder nothing ever gets better. We have too many idiots in the area who have no idea on how to improve or start fixing a problem over time. Education will set you free my friend. Our poorly educated liberal arts population is going to be our ultimate demise.

        1. Whaaat!?! No way you’re another vaccine denier either am sure.
Dude you buy into or are totally brainwashed by the political idiots and media in thish country.
A little advice, DemoRats and RepubliCants are the same animal just under a different disguise. And U.S. politics, the best politics money can buy.
This nation used to be one nation, indivivisable…etc, The United States….so give up the divisive mentality for the better of this entire nation.
Oh and merriam webster dictionary defines Librul as; Liberal can be traced back to the Latin word liber (meaning โ€œfreeโ€), which is also the root of liberty
so put that in your juul vape pen n smoke it
Sheesh get a clue peeps get a frikken clue.

          1. Everything I mentioned are Librul solutions to affordable housing.

You are so dumb its sad, scary and depressing.

You’re proving my point that nothing will get better until we have a better educated society.
