The wait is finally over. Starting today, Coloradans will be able to experience the famous Double-Double burgers and “animal-style” fries offered by In-N-Out Burger.
Beginning November 20, 2020, In-N-Out hamburgers, fries, and shakes will be served in Colorado as the first locations open in Colorado Springs and Aurora.
In 1948, Harry Snyder opened the first In-N-Out Burger, a 10’ x 10’ drive-thru hamburger stand, and introduced his newly-developed two-way speaker box, which allowed guests to order without leaving their cars. Today, hamburgers are still made-to-order, shakes are still made with real ice cream, and In-N-Out Associates are still treated like family.
As with all locations, fresh ingredients will be supplied to the store from In-N-Out. Hamburger patties are made from 100% American beef and whole chucks are boned and ground by In-N-Out’s own butchers. All patties are produced and delivered fresh throughout the week to the stores and are never frozen. French fries are made from fresh, whole potatoes and are hand diced.
In-N-Out Burger announced its expansion into Colorado over two years ago and is also building a huge 100,000 sqft distribution center in Victory Ridge.
In-N-Out Burger first launched in 1948 in Los Angeles and has long been notorious for long drive-thru lines filled by hungry, mouth-watering customers that love their simple, yet enticing menu. In-N-Out delivers food fresh daily to its restaurants instead of freezing it, making it fresher and more popular than other popular fast-food chains. As a result, hoards of fans swarm the restaurants, especially when they open in new markets. In-N-Out now operates more than 340 locations spread across California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Utah.
Saul Arreola will manage the Colorado Springs restaurant located at 1840 Democracy Point, and Patrick Campbell will manage the Aurora restaurant at 14150 E. Alameda Avenue. Collectively, they have 55 years of experience with In-N-Out Burger. Each location will employ approximately 80 In-N-Out Burger Associates with a starting wage of $14.50 per hour. Both restaurants will have one drive-thru lane, with seating for 74 guests, although indoor dining is currently unavailable. All In-N-Out Burger locations are open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. and until 1:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
In-N-Out currently has locations throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, and Oregon. In-N-Out was founded by Harry and Esther Snyder and is still owned and operated by the Snyder family. None of the units are franchised.
