Steamboat Resort completed a big project this season for guests to enjoy. The Wild Blue Gondola, which had its midway station premier in December 2022, fully opened this past December and takes skiers and snowboarders to the summit of Sunshine Peak in just under 15 minutes. From there, skiers and snowboarders have the whole resort in their hands to choose from and shred Steamboat’s Champagne Powderยฎ snow.

The snowfall does not seem to be slowing down anytime soon for Steamboat, so plan those trips for some time in the last few months of the season to enjoy all that Steamboat has to offer.
