Sugar Bowl ski resort in Lake Tahoe, CA will be opening for the 2015/16 season this Saturday, Nov. 21st with 1,500-vertical-feet of top-to-bottom skiing.
Sugar Bowl gets the most snow in Lake Tahoe, averaging 500″/year, they’ve already gotten gotten 23-36″ of new snow this season, and they’re currently sitting on a 6-17″ base.
Sugar Bowl will close down again Monday-Wednesday before opening up daily on Thanksgiving Day.
