Bariloche, Argentina Backcountry Report & Photo Tour | Alaskita, Sub-Zero Temps, & Avy Risk The last big snow storm to come through Bariloche, Argentina left 8 inches of snow at the bottom of Catedral ski resort and a couple feet up top on August 20th. Deep Powder in Bariloche, Argentina Today | Photo Tour (itโs been pow here everyday the mountain has been open since August 4th, 2013…) Last night, it snowed about 8 inches at the bottom of Catedral ski resort in Bariloche, Argentina. Even Bariloche the town got a couple inches of snow overnight. We donโt get snow at the bottom of the hill very often and 8โ of it down there is a lot.
