It’s been a snowy year in the USA if you’ve been in the right spots – namely Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and the East Coast. The usually dominating snow totals of the West Coast are non-existent on this list this year. A miracle on the West Coast is still possible, but it’s starting to get late.
