Major Winter Storm “Juno” Heading for the Northeast Winter storm Juno is about to hit the Northeast, and it’s expected to slam coastal cities like NYC, Boston, and Philadelphia with up to (and possibly over) two feet of heavy snow. Blizzard conditions are expected in 7 states. The National Weather Service is describing the upcoming storm as “life-threatening” and “historic”, with the peak impact expected to hit Monday night into Tuesday. Blizzard or near-blizzard conditions will make travel dangerous, and government officials throughout the Northeast are encouraging residents to stay at home.
