NOAA just released their latest forecast for September 2014 in the USA. They’re feeling confident that the Southwest along with Utah and Colorado will experience above average precipitation in September. They’re also feeling confident that the West Coast will be hotter than average this September. All of Alaska, the Southeast, and Maine are also forecasted to experience above average temperatures.
