Lake Tahoe Snowfall Totals & Photos: Up to 23″ of New Snow

Lake Tahoe just got it’s first real storm of the 2014/15 winter season. It was a wet one with snow levels hovering around 7,500-feet for the most part. We had a Winter Storm Warning from 4pm Tuesday until 4am today. Sugar Bowl is the big winner again with 23″ of snow from this storm and shockingly, Kirkwood got the lowest snowfall numbers. Kirkwood got mostly rain and only ended up with 8 inches from this storm. We skied Squaw yesterday and it was raining to the top. Looks like today will be about the same as yesterday. We were soaked after about 2 hours of skiing. […]
