snowboarder numbers up

Some good news in the ski industry, finally! Both the numbers of skiers and snowboarders was up in 2014/15 by 4%. This is huge. Especially considering how bad the snow season was in 2014/15 in much of North America. This is also great news because hopefully this will keep the ski and snowboard industries alive and well right down to your favorite ski/snowboard shop in your local town.
