Conditions Report Arlberg, Austria: Perfect Powder Day Yesterday it was snowing hard all day with almost no wind. The snow just kept piling up. This morning the result was 40cms of perfect powder. Then more luck, skies started to clear completely at around 9 a.m. – what timing! The snow was just perfect and well bonded at most places.
