Vail Resorts to Buy Whistler Blackcomb, B.C. for $1.06 Billion

Vail Resorts announced today that they’ve agreed to acquire Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. for approximately $C1.4 billion  ($1.06 billion USD).
