If you’re a skier or snowboarder and you’ve committed to this winter in Lake Tahoe, you’re scratching your head. ย You’re scratching your head and wondering what went wrong. ย How could be THIS bad. ย Bad is bad, but this beyond bad. ย It hasn’t actually snowed yet this year.
When people talk about all the bad scenarios like resorts closing and the like, they might not just be rumors this year. ย It’s going to be February before we get a significant storm in Tahoe. ย The last significant storm series that Tahoe had was in December 2013.
