The setup is quick and easy, and shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes.  The kit includes everything you need, with mounting screws for the board and loop, as well as an easy mountain template to get things right the first time.  You simply mount the board to your wall around 5 feet off the ground (inside or out), and measure back approximately 5 feet and screw the i-bolt into the ceiling.  If you can’t mount it back 5 feet from the board, you can move it in closer too. 

Once you have the board and eye bolt secured, you simply need to affix the loop and cord and you’re ready to go.  As an alternative to mounting the eye bolt to the ceiling and board to the wall, you can also use a low hanging tree branch and simply tie the parachute cord off, mounting the board to the tree itself.
