After an already exceptional start to the season at Valle Nevado which has allowed the resort to open a full two weeks earlier than anticipated, another major storm has dropped an absurd snow total at the Chilean ski area.

Valle Nevado is reporting 175 cm of new snow from this week’s storms as of Friday, June 14—that’s approximately 5.75 FEET of new snow.

And another big storm cycle is forecast to hit the ski area next week…

The skiing is already epic at Valle Nevado which has been having great snow and it seems to only be getting better.

June and then July will likely be phenomenal at the resort.
