A child was left hanging for two minutes after slipping out of a Mt Hutt, New Zealand chairlift before falling 16-feet to rescuers who had gathered on the slope below.
Fellow skiers and rescuers grabbed safety pads from a nearby chairlift tower to form a makeshift net so the boy could drop safely.
