This week’s episode takes us into the heart of Nevada for a line that overtook my thoughts, kept me up at night and literally almost took my life. This is a story of mistakes, stubbornness, and redemption, bittersweet as it may be.
After successfully skiing the line I’ve obsessed over, another beautiful couloir showed itself. It offered a steep, narrow, high-speed descent that I couldn’t resist. It was the “icing on the cake” after an already amazing day in the mountains.
I still feel that I have unfinished business on this mountain and in this cirque. I see myself returning to this range for many years to come.
