Pro skier Colter Hinchliff skied fresh summer snow in Colorado today, September 9th 2020, after up to 18″ of new snow fell in Colorado overnight.
Colter and friends skied this exact same Colorado location in fresh snow exactly 3 months ago on June 9th, 2020.
2020 continues to be the most bizarre year ever…
“2020 continues to be the weirdest year ever, with the earliest fresh snow Iโve ever skied, today, sept 9 w/ย @pow_hoar! What makes it even crazier is that exactly 3 months ago, June 9 (see my post), was the latest Iโve ever skied quality, fresh snow here in Aspen. Barely a 3 month gap! The snow today was 100% new in the last 24hrs, with a lot of help from the wind transporting it and concentrating it to some specific locations. The wind also stiffened the snow to a wind slab which was supportable and kept us off the rocks below! True adventure skiing, but not purely for the novelty I promise. 🤘🏼”

Is that a monkey?
Blastin rocks, trying to give people FOMO, usually from Midwest/East Coast. Happens every year. A bit earlier this time!
