Experience the legacy of Sublette, the iconic lift that has elevated skiers and snowboarders to 10,000 feet at Jackson Hole, Wyoming, since 1987.
Dive into its rich history through stunning archival footage and stories from former lift operators while witnessing the evolution to its state-of-the-art replacement.
The new lift combines speed and stability, redefining the journey to Jackson Holeโs premier terrain.
Like its predecessor, the new Sublette lift will provide access to a wide range of intermediate and expert terrain below Rendezvous Bowl. It will be supported by 15 towers and feature 72 European-style comfort chairs. For added convenience, skiers will load directly onto the lift, operating clockwiseโa first for the resort.
One of the most exciting changes is the significant reduction in ride time. The new lift will cut the ride in half, dropping it from eight minutes to four. It will climb approximately 1,600 vertical feet at 1,000 feet per minute, delivering skiers to their destinations faster and more efficiently than ever.
