Ever wonder what it looks like when an Avalanche cracks at your feet? It's not something you want to see often or ever. Planning your lines carefully to make sure you are on or can get to a safe zone is so important while playing in these big mountains. James Heim was skiing an unreal spine in Alaska last year when the he triggered and avalanche that ripped about 2-feet deep and cleaned off the entire spine he was skiing on.ย This happened while filming for MSP’s latest movie “Fade to Winter.”ย Think that spines don’t avalanche?ย Think again.
