According to the Associated Press, a Denver-area man went missing while hiking near St. Mary’s Glacier near Idaho Spring, Colorado on Saturday.ย
50-year-old Todd Musselman was reported missing on Saturday when he failed to come home from a hike in the mountains.ย Clear Creek County Sheriff’s Office’s Rick Safe reports that there’s it’s very likely Todd was caught in a fresh avalanche that search teams discovered.
Search and rescue crews searched for Todd on Saturday evening but have not been able to return to the search due to avalanche danger.
No searching was done yesterday.ย Rick Safe reports that search and rescue teams hope to perform another search this Saturday.
